What a great way to start off the holiday season by making festive, one-of -a kind holiday wreaths together!

The Knitting Needles of the McLean Village have been very busy! This group of talented and caring women hand knit lap robes and delivered them to Cancer patients in Avon.

We learned the tools of the trade in our woodworking workshop, where everyone built their own custom-made birdhouse - for wrens or for blue birds.

Budding floral designers used their creativity to make a seasonal fall arrangement. They learned a new skill, while socializing and enjoying a lot of laughs together.

Who knew we had so much talent living here? The Village Residents planned and held their first Art Show and Artists Reception in the Burkholder this Fall.

We welcomed in the new season with morning donuts and delicious seasonal beverages!

Swing back in time...with an antique car show, diner menu and ice cream social!

Good, old-fashioned, Summertime fun -- at the 4th Annual Burkholder Restaurant Clambake!

The Hartford Room was filled to capacity as we learned all about regional Birds of Prey - and the rehabilitation efforts of the volunteers from “A Place Called Hope.”

A group of enthusiastic Village residents have just completed a six session DVD lecture series, called  “The Everyday Guide to the Wines of California.”
